Please check your parcel when it's delivered and if it's opened or damaged don't accept it. If the parcel is accepted then we can't accept returns.

If you have received the parcel and some product is missing and the parcel is in good shape please get in touch with our support so we can help to solve this problem we record all the packing processes and we can verify if it's our employee's mistake.
