Processing & parcel check
Processing time: 1–3 business days. Delivery can take up to 8 business days in some countries. Please check your parcel when it's delivered—if it's opened or damaged, don't accept it. We can't accept returns once the parcel is accepted.
How we ship
We use different delivery options per country; in most cases courier services with door-to-door shipping. Orders are shipped in protected, discreet packaging. Average delivery time is 4–8 business days depending on destination.
If you receive the parcel and a product is missing while the parcel is in good shape, contact support—we record packing processes and can verify if it was our mistake.
